When will I receive my order?
All items (unless on preorder) are shipped from Auckland New Zealand 1-3 days after receiving your order. The courier takes 2-3 days (4-5 days for rural orders) so you can expect your items to arrive quite quickly.
Are you dropshipping my order?
No. You can be assured that we will not dropship your order from a country like China and all products are from reputable brands and are held here in New Zealand, imported from around the world and checked for quality.
Where are my items coming from?
Currently our items come from and are produced in the following countries: Netherlands, Greece, United States, Brazil, Canada, Spain, Australia, and South Korea.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we certainly do. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply send it back within 2 weeks and we will make sure to refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within New Zealand, but we will have some international shipping options soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you should receive a tracking link upon order so that you can track your order items. You can also track your parcel by going through the following link: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
What materials do you use?
Most of our chains are stainless and surgical steel with copper details and gold/silver plating. Some are sterling silver with gold/silver plating. As long as you take care of your jewellery they were build to last.
How long will the shipping take from the time I place the order?
We make sure to ship all orders within 1-3 days. We use CourierPost NZ for deliveries within NZ, which takes 2-3 days within urban areas and 4-5 days for rural.
How much will the shipping cost me?
We offer FREE shipping for all orders $100 and above. All orders under $100 will incur a small fee of $5.99.
I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
