How long will the shipping take from the time I place the order?

We make sure to ship all orders within 1-3 days. We use CourierPost NZ for deliveries within NZ, which takes 2-3 days within urban areas and 4-5 days for rural. 

How much will the shipping cost me?

We offer FREE shipping within New Zealand for all orders $100 and above. All orders under $100 will incur a small fee of $5.99.

I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
